中级IE工程师（南昌）

负责监控IE标准工时测定机制和循环更新机制，通过工时产出比对持续推动产品线提升运营效率；

负责通过生产数据分析，推动标准工时的合理化，生产良率的合理化；

协同人力资源部门建立产品线人员配置的标准规范，控制无效人力成本浪费；

改善专项的统筹牵引和主导落地；

分析现有生产工艺流程，识别瓶颈和浪费，提出改进方案（如流程重组、自动化升级）；

制定标准工时、生产节拍（TaktTime）及产能模型，确保资源合理分配；

推动效率提升项目（如OEE优化），达成生产效率目标。

Responsible for monitoring IE standard time measurement and cyclic update mechanisms, continuously driving production line efficiency improvements through work-hour output benchmarking;

Conduct production data analysis to optimize standard time and yield rate rationalization;

Collaborate with HR to establish standardized staffing norms for production lines and control non-value-added labor costs;

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives;

Analyze current production processes to identify bottlenecks/waste and propose improvements (e.g. process re-engineering, automation upgrades);

Establish standard time, TaktTime and capacity models to ensure optimal resource allocation;

Drive efficiency improvement projects (e.g. OEE optimization) to achieve production efficiency targets.

本科及以上学历，工业工程等理工类专业； 2、5年以上大中型生产型企业运营、IE岗位工作经验；

较强的数据分析、问题诊断能力；

能独立系统思考和规划，推动改善现场改善;

熟练掌握IE七大手法。

Bachelor's degree or higher, major in industrial engineering or or related; 2.5+ years large and medium-sized production enterprise operation, IE position work experience;
