财务总监（常驻泰国）

全面负责泰国子公司全盘财务管理工作，搭建适配光器件制造工厂的财务核算、成本、资金、内控体系，同时满足泰国 TFRS 本地准则及中国上市公司集团合并报表要求，保障工厂扩产爬坡期财务体系高效运转。

统筹工厂成本管理，负责无源 / 有源光器件产品标准成本核算、生产成本分析、存货管理、存货跌价评估；深度联动生产、供应链，推进降本改善，对制造端毛利、库存周转开展常态化分析预警。

全面负责泰国 BOI 投资优惠政策维护、年度申报、进口设备及原材料免税资质管理；统筹全税种税务合规（VAT、企业所得税、预提税、个税），管理转移定价、关联交易文档，管控税务、海关合规风险，对接本地税局、海关、外部事务所。

组织年度预算、滚动预测、资本开支管控；跟踪工厂产能建设、设备投资、运营费用执行，输出经营分析报告，向集团提供经营决策支持。

统筹泰国公司资金管理：本地银行关系维护、现金流预测、外汇风险管理、跨境资金调度、利润汇回，保障生产运营资金安全；负责信用证、进出口结算管理。

主导内控建设，完善费用、采购、存货、资产全流程财务内控制度；牵头内部审计、年度外部审计、上市公司合规检查，闭环审计发现问题。

负责泰国本地财务团队搭建、人员管理、培养与绩效考核；协同集团推进 ERP 系统落地优化，打通业财数据，提升财务数字化水平。

作为中泰业务关键对接人，协调集团与泰国工厂各业务部门，参与重大合同评审，识别业务端财务风险，支撑海外制造基地业务持续扩张。

Take full ownership of finance function for Thailand manufacturing site. Establish accounting, costing, treasury and internal‑control system complying with TFRS local regulation and PRC listed‑company consolidation requirements, support ramp‑up of passive & active optical component production.

Lead manufacturing cost accounting for optical components, standard cost setup, production variance analysis, inventory valuation and obsolescence review. Work closely with production & supply‑chain teams for cost‑down initiatives, monitor gross margin and inventory turnover.

Manage BOI privileges including annual compliance reporting, tax exemption for machinery & raw‑material imports. Oversee full‑scope tax compliance (VAT, CIT, withholding tax, payroll tax). Manage transfer‑pricing and related‑party‑transaction documentation, liaise with tax authority, customs and local audit firms.

Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecast and Capex control. Monitor capital investment and OPEX execution, deliver business analysis reports for group management decision‑making.

Manage local banking relationship, cash‑flow forecasting, FX risk mitigation, cross‑border fund arrangement and dividend repatriation. Handle import‑export settlement and L/C related finance work.

Build internal‑control framework covering procurement, expense, inventory and fixed‑assets. Drive internal & statutory audit and resolve audit findings for listed‑company compliance.

Lead, develop and performance‑manage local finance team. Cooperate with HQ on ERP implementation and business‑finance digitalization.

Act as key liaison between China HQ and Thailand site, review key commercial contracts, identify financial risks and support continuous capacity expansion.

本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理相关专业；CPA/ACCA 优先；8 年以上制造业全盘财务经验，其中至少 3‑5 年海外工厂财务负责人实战经历，有泰国本地工厂财务全盘管理经验优先。

熟悉泰国 TFRS 会计准则、泰国税法、BOI 政策、海关进出口、外汇管理；熟悉中国企业会计准则、上市公司财务合规、合并报表逻辑；有电子 / 光通信 / 精密制造行业经验优先。

精通制造企业成本核算，熟悉生产制造、存货管理、BOM 成本逻辑，具备工厂爬坡扩产阶段财务管理实战经验。

熟悉转移定价、关联交易、跨境资金、ODI 境外投资合规，能够独立处理中泰跨境财税业务。

熟练 SAP/Oracle 等 ERP 系统；英语可作为工作语言，可读写专业财税文档，能进行商务沟通；懂泰语优先。

具备强业财融合思维，优秀跨文化沟通、团队管理能力，抗压能力强，能够独立处理复杂海外财税风险问题，接受长期驻泰国工作。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance / Accounting. CPA or ACCA is preferred. Minimum 8 years end‑to‑end manufacturing finance experience, with 3‑5 years as finance lead in overseas manufacturing plant; prior Thailand‑site experience highly preferred.

Solid knowledge of TFRS, Thailand tax law, BOI incentive scheme, customs & foreign‑exchange rules; familiar with PRC CAS and listed‑company consolidation. Experience in electronics / optical‑communication manufacturing is a plus.

Deep expertise in manufacturing cost accounting, BOM costing and inventory management, proven experience in plant ramp‑up phase.

Hands‑on experience on transfer pricing, related‑party transaction and ODI cross‑border finance compliance.

Proficient in SAP / Oracle ERP. Business‑level English for finance document and daily communication; Thai‑language capability is an advantage.

Strong business‑finance mindset, cross‑culture communication and team‑management skills. Able to handle complex overseas financial & tax risks. Ready for long‑term assignment in Thailand.
