团队管理：搭建并管理有源光器件研发与工程团队，制定团队人才培养计划，明确岗位职责与绩效目标，激发团队成员积极性与创造力，打造高效协作的技术团队；主导团队技术能力提升，定期组织内部技术研讨与外部行业交流，保障团队技术水平与行业前沿同步。

技术研发：主导有源光器件的核心技术研发工作，包括技术路线规划、方案设计、关键技术攻关及验证；跟踪光通信领域技术发展趋势，结合公司战略需求，提出前瞻性技术研发方向，推动技术创新与成果转化，提升公司产品核心竞争力。

项目推进：负责有源光器件相关研发及量产转化项目的全流程管理，制定项目计划、明确时间节点与资源需求，协调跨部门（生产、采购、质量等）协作，解决项目推进过程中的技术与管理难题，确保项目按计划高效交付；建立项目风险预警机制，及时识别并应对项目风险。

质量管控：建立并完善有源光器件研发与生产过程中的质量管控体系，制定关键环节的质量标准与检验规范；主导产品研发阶段的可靠性测试与验证工作，跟踪量产过程中的质量问题，组织技术团队进行原因分析与改进，确保产品质量符合客户需求与行业标准。

跨部门协调：作为技术端核心枢纽，与市场部门联动获取客户需求并转化为技术指标，为销售团队提供专业技术支持；协同生产部门推进新产品量产转化，优化生产工艺，提升生产效率；配合采购部门完成核心物料选型与供应商技术评估，保障供应链稳定性。

Build and manage the R&D and engineering team of active optical components, formulate team talent development plans, clarify job responsibilities and performance goals, stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of team members, and build a highly efficient and collaborative technical team; lead the improvement of the team's technical capabilities, organize internal technical seminars and external industry exchanges regularly, and ensure the team's technical level is in line with the industry frontier.

Lead the core technology R&D of active optical components, including technical route planning, scheme design, key technology breakthroughs and verification; track the technology development trend in the optical communication field, put forward forward-looking technical R&D directions combined with the company's strategic needs, promote technological innovation and achievement transformation, and enhance the core competitiveness of the company's products.

Be responsible for the full-process management of R&D and mass production transformation projects related to active optical components, formulate project plans, clarify time nodes and resource requirements, coordinate cross-departmental (production, procurement, quality, etc.) collaboration, solve technical and management problems in the project promotion process, and ensure the project is delivered efficiently as planned; establish a project risk early warning mechanism to identify and respond to project risks in a timely manner.

Establish and improve the quality control system in the R&D and production process of active optical components, formulate quality standards and inspection specifications for key links; lead the reliability test and verification work in the product R&D stage, track quality problems in the mass production process, organize the technical team to conduct cause analysis and improvement, and ensure product quality meets customer needs and industry standards.

As the core hub of the technical end, link with the marketing department to obtain customer needs and convert them into technical indicators, and provide professional technical support for the sales team; cooperate with the production department to promote the mass production transformation of new products, optimize the production process, and improve production efficiency; cooperate with the procurement department to complete core material selection and supplier technical evaluation, and ensure the stability of the supply chain.

全日制本科及以上学历，光学工程、电子信息工程、通信工程、微电子等相关专业，硕士学历优先。

8年以上有源光器件行业研发或工程管理经验，其中3年以上团队管理经验；有光模块（400G/800G及以上）、激光器等核心产品研发及量产转化经验者优先；具备半导体光电子器件研发背景或知名光通信企业工作经历者优先。

精通有源光器件的工作原理、研发流程及生产工艺，掌握光电器件设计、封装、测试等核心技术；熟练使用相关设计与仿真软件；具备独立解决复杂技术问题的能力，有成功的关键技术攻关案例。

具备优秀的团队领导与管理能力，能够有效激励团队达成目标；拥有清晰的项目管理思路，熟练掌握项目管理方法与工具；具备出色的沟通协调能力与问题解决能力，能高效推动跨部门协作；具有强烈的责任心、创新意识与抗压能力。

英语CET-6及以上水平，具备流利的听说读写能力，能熟练阅读英文技术文献并进行国际业务沟通。

Full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in Optical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Microelectronics and other related majors, master's degree is preferred.

More than 8 years of R&D or engineering management experience in the active optical component industry, including more than 3 years of team management experience; priority is given to those with R&D and mass production transformation experience of core products such as optical modules (400G/800G and above) and lasers; those with R&D background in semiconductor optoelectronic devices or work experience in well-known optical communication companies are preferred.

Proficient in the working principle, R&D process and production technology of active optical components, master core technologies such as optoelectronic device design, packaging, and testing; proficient in using relevant design and simulation software; have the ability to solve complex technical problems independently, and have successful key technology breakthrough cases.

Possess excellent team leadership and management capabilities, and can effectively motivate the team to achieve goals; have clear project management ideas, proficient in project management methods and tools; have excellent communication and coordination skills and problem-solving capabilities, and can efficiently promote cross-departmental collaboration; have a strong sense of responsibility, innovation awareness and pressure resistance.

CET-6 or above, with fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to read English technical documents proficiently and conduct international business communication.
