SMT项目经理（外派泰国）

负责SMT新产品全生命周期项目管理，统筹项目从立项、打样、试产至正式转产落地，保障SMT生产顺利量产交付。

统筹协调项目所需人力、产线设备、PCB及电子物料等内外部资源，解决SMT项目开发过程中的各类资源问题。

负责SMT项目全过程输入输出资料、工艺文件、试产报告、变更记录等资料的落地审核与归档，保障资料可追溯、满足客户审厂要求。

负责国内外客户日常对接，同步SMT项目进度、样品状态、品质情况，对接需求变更与项目相关事务。

主导SMT项目立项评审，制定项目计划、拆解WBS、输出甘特图，明确项目范围、资源需求及各阶段里程碑节点。

跟进项目进度与试产良率，识别进度、成本、品质、交付风险，制定改善对策，定期输出项目进度及风险报告。

搭建SMT项目风险库，梳理工艺迭代、物料变更、客户需求变更、量产良率波动等风险，建立预防及应急方案。

Manage full‑lifecycle of new SMT projects from project initiation, sampling, pilot run to formal production transfer, to ensure smooth mass production and delivery.

Coordinate internal and external resources including manpower, production‑line equipment, PCBs and electronic components, and resolve resource‑related issues during SMT project development.

Review and archive SMT project documents including input/output files, process documents, pilot‑run reports and change records, to ensure traceability and compliance with customer audit requirements.

Serve as daily contact for domestic and overseas customers, update project progress, sample status and quality performance, and handle requirement changes and other project‑related matters.

Lead SMT project initiation review, develop project plan with WBS and Gantt chart, and define project scope, resource requirements and milestone deliverables.

Track project schedule and pilot‑run yield, identify risks on schedule, cost, quality and delivery, formulate countermeasures, and deliver regular project progress & risk reports.

Establish SMT project risk library covering process iteration, material change, customer requirement change and mass‑production yield fluctuation, and define prevention and contingency plans.

本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、智能制造等理工科相关专业优先。 2、3 年及以上 SMT 行业 NPI / 项目管理 / 新产品导入工作经验，熟悉 SMT 工艺流程与量产导入流程。

有跨国企业、制造业电子项目管理经验者优先。

持有 PMP 证书或 SMT 相关工艺证书者优先。

英语听、说、读、写流利，可独立对接海外客户及英文项目商务汇报。

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics, Automation, Intelligent Manufacturing or other related science & engineering disciplines.

Minimum 3‑years working experience in SMT NPI / Project Management / New Product Introduction; familiar with SMT process and mass‑production introduction flow.

Prior experience in multinational companies or electronic manufacturing project management is preferred.

PMP certification or SMT‑related process certificates are preferred.

Fluent in English ; capable of independent communication with overseas customers and English project business reports presentation.
