   Strategic Portfolio Governance & Leadership • Oversee end-to-end portfolio execution of the China Hub full portfolio, covering Power Solution (UPS, HVDC, Battery), Thermal Management Solution (precision cooling & liquid cooling), and White Space Solution (RES, IMDC, Prefab) product lines. Lead execution of the China Hub portfolio roadmap to accelerate China commercial growth initiatives, while aligning with Global LOB strategy to balance local agility and global standards. • Act as a strategic Secure Power Global Execution Center to deliver against DCS LOB, Cooling LOB, and T&E LOB roadmaps. Leverage China Hub’s full ecosystem and end-to-end agility to support global business growth. Optimize resource allocation to address Global LOB’s

on manpower, capability and infrastructure, balancing urgent short-term deliverables and long-term platform initiatives. • Establish and mature China Hub’s localized Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) and portfolio governance. Conduct phase-gate reviews, investment assessment and milestone control. Facilitate cross-functional alignment with Global LOB, Global PMO and local functions to capture China market opportunities under global governance requirements.

   Execution Excellence & Agile Scaling • Lead, coach and develop the China Hub Agile Project Manager (APM) team. Drive consistent global Agile adoption with tailored practices suitable for multi-product delivery across Power Solution, Thermal Management Solution and White Space Solution portfolios. • Ensure end-to-end delivery excellence for all China Hub projects. Resolve cross-project dependencies and resource conflicts, synchronize EPIC / CSP releases and global rollouts to fulfill global assigned commitments and C4C local growth targets. • Standardize Agile operating rhythms and tool governance (JIRA & dashboards). Maintain global process compliance while granting squads appropriate autonomy to speed up China market iteration.

   Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary governance interface linking Global LOB / Global PMO and China local business & R&D leadership. Translate global strategies and local growth priorities into executable portfolio plans and delivery roadmaps. • Facilitate core cross-functional governance meetings including weekly risk review, monthly portfolio checkpoint and quarterly QRB review. Align stakeholders on priorities, resource adjustment, risk escalation and bottleneck resolution to guarantee delivery milestones. • Balance global standards and China local requirements. Accelerate local rollout of global C4G products and foster differentiated C4C innovations. Support China Hub’s transformation into integrated power & thermal solutions provider for AI data centers and drive sustainable local growth
