Handle all classes of general insurance claims.

处理各类一般保险理赔。

Answer clients’ day-to-day enquiries.

解答客户的日常查询。

Prepare claims-related materials and attend claims meetings / seminars.

准备理赔相关资料，并出席理赔会议或研讨会。

Prepare claims report for management and clients review.

撰写理赔报告，以供管理层及客户审阅。

Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date records in line with internal requirements.

按照内部规定，保存准确、完整及最新的记录。

Assist with the daily operation of the team. 6.协助团队的日常运作。

University graduate or above.

大学毕业或以上学历。

Holder of professional insurance qualification such as ACII or ANZIIF (Senior Associate) is preferable.

持有专业保险资格（如 ACII 或 ANZIIF 资深会员）者优先。

At least 10 years’ solid experience in general insurance claims preferably in both broking / adjusting field and insurance company.

具备至少 10 年扎实的一般保险理赔经验，曾于经纪/理算领域及保险公司任职者优先。

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

良好的英语、普通话及粤语口语和书写能力。

Proficient PC skills, including MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

熟练的计算机操作技巧，包括 MS Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等）。

Self-motivated and work independently in claims handling and dealing with clients. 6.工作主动自发，在处理理赔及应对客户时能独立作业。
