Senior Officer

基本目标 Support the day-to-day operations of campaign and retail brand activities, including content coordination, asset management, and performance tracking. Ensure smooth execution of retail brand touchpoints and campaign logistics. （包括但不限于以下工作） Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with agencies and cross-functional teams on asset delivery, sample management, and timeline tracking. Support the production of campaign and retail brand assets (briefing, feedback collection, and version control). Monitor and report on campaign performance (engagement, sales lift, etc.) and retail brand compliance across projects. Support cross-project coordination – consolidate feedback from local teams, maintain project trackers, and assist in driving follow-through on action items. Assist in O2O implementation tasks such as asset preparation for social media, digital screens, and other O2O engagements. Conduct competitor and trend research to provide insights for campaign and retail brand improvements. Maintain the team’s documentation, including brand guidelines, SOPs, and campaign archives. Handle administrative tasks for agency payments, purchase orders, and vendor communications.

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or brand support. Basic knowledge of content production and social media platforms (RedNote, WeChat, etc. a plus). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Fluent in English and Mandarin. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
