Senior Legal Counsel

Provide hands on legal support to different departments (property sales – consent and non-consent schemes, leasing and property management businesses) on property-related operational issues (e.g. early termination, abscondment, distraint, re-possession) Draft and review tenancy and licence agreements and legal documents Advise and handle property and tenancy disputes With the support of external counsels, handle acquisition and disposal of properties, including first-hand sale and secondary market transactions Keep management updated on the changes in property laws and regulatory regime
