Senior Officer - Leasing

Handle full spectrum of leasing matters including tenancy administration works, enquiries, conduct inspections, leasing reports preparation and other related matters Conduct market research and analyze data Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and property agents Assist in budget planning and rental forecast from time to time Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned
