Customer Service Ambassador 1

Perform professional concierge service duties, including but not limited to answering phone calls from clients and internal customers, greeting and escorting guests and visitors, handling daily operational complaints Ensuring customers’ satisfaction and making suggestions for customer services enhancement. Build and continuously strengthen good relationships with all stakeholders. Assist with administrative tasks and other clerical duties as assigned, including preparation of regular reports and data analysis Perform shift duties when needed Perform any ad hoc assignments as required by the supervisors

Diploma or above qualification Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations Candidates with customer service experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry would be advantages Good interpersonal skills, pleasant, and customer-orientedTeam player with the ability to work and handle complaints independently Committed, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, energetic, mature, positive thinking Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing Embracing our values of integrity, sustainability, excellence and openness Shift working hours: 9 hours on a shift roster, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break, 5 days per week We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
