Manager - Operation Intelligence & Technology

Acting as the bridge between operations, technology teams, and external partners, the role ensures digital solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with frontline operational needs while supporting PMS's transformation into a more business-relevant, data-driven, and future-ready organization. Key Responsibilities: Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence Lead the implementation of digital transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness, productivity, and service quality across the PMS portfolio. Drive operational reengineering projects by reviewing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing technology-enabled solutions. Translate business and operational

into practical digital solutions that deliver measurable business value. Support the development and execution of PMS digital, AI, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and execution excellence. AI, Data Analytics & Operation Intelligence Drive the adoption of AI, data analytics, automation tools, and smart technologies to enhance operational decision-making and resource optimization. Develop operational intelligence capabilities through data visualization, performance dashboards, predictive analytics, and reporting tools. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for maintenance planning, customer service enhancement, workflow automation, and operational monitoring. Establish KPI frameworks and monitor operational performance to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement. Smart Building & Technology Solutions Lead the implementation and optimization of PropTech, IoT, Building Management Systems (BMS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and other smart building solutions. Collaborate with Technical, Sustainability, Security, and Operations teams to integrate technology solutions that improve building performance and customer experience. Support the development of smart building initiatives, digitalized operations, and future-ready property management capabilities. Project & Vendor Management Manage the full lifecycle of digital and technology projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment reviews. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology vendors, consultants, and system integrators to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation to ensure projects meet business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions to support operational and business needs. Change Management & Capability Building Act as a key liaison between PMS operations, corporate IT, technology partners, and business stakeholders. Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and operating models. Develop user guides, operating procedures, training materials, and capability-building programs to strengthen digital competencies across PMS. Foster collaboration between HQ and local operations teams to drive consistent implementation and knowledge sharing. Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Establish governance frameworks, implementation standards, and technology best practices. Ensure digital solutions comply with corporate policies, cybersecurity requirements, and operational standards. Measure post-implementation benefits and track return on investment (ROI) of digital initiatives. Support quality assurance and execution compliance initiatives through technology and data-driven monitoring. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, technology implementation, smart building solutions, or business process improvement. Proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation projects within property management, facilities management, real estate, engineering, or related industries. Experience in AI, automation, smart building technologies, or operational analytics is highly desirable. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of digital transformation methodologies, operational process reengineering, and performance management. Experience with AI applications, IoT platforms, data analytics tools, dashboard solutions, and enterprise systems. Knowledge of property technology (PropTech), BIM, CMMS, BMS, and other building-related technologies is preferred. Strong project management and business analysis capabilities. PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Data Analytics, AI, or related certifications are advantageous. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities. Effective project leadership and execution management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
