and solutions from among others: Technology Roadmap, Safety, Sustainability, Product Design, Attribute Leaders, and Manufacturing to an agreed and well-functioning car. This is a very important and central role in our department process. This balancing is the base for all further development work. The role includes also to propose or design own suggestions and design solutions on existing platform architecture, working on mechanical integration with Tophat Block Leaders for complete vehicle, with data for reporting in the various decision-making forums. In time, we also think that you should try on other block areas in the car to get even wider knowledge. Good communication skills are required in this cross-functional role and you will build and maintain an extensive network throughout the company.
