Community Manager – Virash

Scout and win over top AI vlog creators in Brazil and selected English-speaking markets. Identify talented voices, reach out, and get them excited about what Virash can do; Build creator relationships from the first hello to long-term partnerships. Interview and onboard creators, and keep them engaged along the way; Be the bridge between the community and our product. Gather feedback, spot patterns, and help creators solve real problems with Virash; Build and deliver training that actually helps. Design learning flows, share pro tips, and level up the quality of the content the community creates; Keep a pulse on the data. Track community health weekly, prepare reports, and turn numbers into smarter moves that boost engagement.

You have at least one year of hands-on experience in community management, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field; You’re a native Portuguese speaker or have C1+ proficiency in Portuguese, and your English is above intermediate level; You’re genuinely curious about AI and content creation. You’d jump at the chance to explore new tools and become a Virash product expert; You’re a people person who enjoys connecting with creators, understanding what makes them tick, and building relationships that last beyond a DM; Numbers don’t scare you. You’re comfortable digging into metrics, seeing what’s working and what isn’t, and turning those insights into action; You’re a self-starter who builds from zero. You don’t wait for a manual—you figure things out and make them happen in a fast, scrappy environment. Even Better If You... You've already worked with creator or UGC communities in video or photo content; You've played around with AI content generation tools and know what "good" looks like; English proficiency is a plus.
