Site IT Service Delivery Specialist

You will provide onsite field support and technical support for IIoT solutions and digital factory related applications. You will conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis. You will develop and maintain Industrial IoT (IIoT) solutions. You will work with global digital factory team to integrate manufacturing devices with various digital platforms, such as Kepware and thingWorx. You will configure and manage Kepware ServerEX, including channels, devices, tags, and communication drivers for industrial equipment. You will perform onboarding, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of torque tools and production equipment in factory environments. You will maintain data integration solutions between ThingWorx, Kepware, external applications, and databases. You will support migration activities across Development, QA, and Production environments, including application, database, and file repository migrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, manufacturing, automation, and IT teams. You will prepare technical documentation, SOPs, test cases, and deployment guides for operational support. You will perform end-to-end testing, validation, and monitoring of industrial applications to ensure system reliability and performance. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Technology, or similar 2-5 years of professional experience in Industrial IoT development and support Hands-on experience in several areas: MES, SCADA/HMI, machine connectivity, digital quality, traceability, material flow, visualization, databases or workflow digitalization. Experience coordinating Operations, Engineering, Quality in digital industrial environment.
