As a TPM, you will lead the conceptualization, development, qualification, optimization, and scaling of new process technologies and equipment for the manufacturing of new Apple products. This is a hands-on position requiring outstanding technical skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of modern factory operations.

University or college graduated (BS/MS) with major in EE or ME related degrees, with testing background is preferable. Validated experience supporting new product launches to mass production from a mechanical, system engineering, or product development perspective with a solid understanding of DFM, DOE, SPC & FA techniques. Experience with mechanical assembly fixtures and manufacturing processes is required. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. With understanding and strong passion on other precise assembly processes, such as electrically conductive adhesive or glue applications are welcomed. Familiar with mobile devices' knowledge is preferable. Action oriented and handle conflicts - Excellent problem solver, using structured problem solving methodology to assign root cause, plus develop and implement corrective and preventative actions. Self-starter with innovation, integrity, and attention to detail. Approach problems with flexibility. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with capability to work independently and under pressure. AI/ML (Machine Learning) development & predictive operations experience is a plus.
