宴会统筹经理 Event Management Manager

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in event service within luxury hotel. Prefer good command of both spoken and written English, able to communicate smoothly with clients. Solid knowledge of banquet operation workflow including function room setup, menu planning, BEO, pre-event briefing and on-side execution. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to handle guest requests and on-site emergencies calmly. Flexible working schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as events require.
