Extractable & Leachable Platform Head

include extractables and leachables (E&L) team management and SMEs training, platform capabilities expansion and business promotion, projects relevant technical support, client audit and cross-functions collaboration to ensure the successful application of the projects, etc. Role & Responsibilities The detailed responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Manage E&L labs and a team of around 10 people and train newcomers as needed. - Responsible for E&L projects proposals, execution timely and accuracy of delivery of study reports. - Act as sponsor supporting E&L projects, solving problems encountered in the course of the project. - Communicating with clients in a timely manner for technical communication and reporting, - Responsible for E&L business advertising and new technologies promotion. - Procurement and management of new equipment, reference standards, materials and consumables. - Familiar with E&L-related multiple region regulations, like USP , USP , ICH and EMA guidelines. - Complying with Quality System, EHS and Compliance
