Executive IP Operation

Brief introduction of this position:

The position is responsible for the end-to-end development and operation of personal IP for the company's key executive. You will gain in-depth understanding of executives' communication styles, corporate strategies and product lines, and create content including executive speaking, interviews and industry insights for platforms such as WeChat Channels and Weibo.

Key tasks:

1. Develop the overall persona and content plan for executive IP in conjunction with business milestones such as brand communication campaigns, new vehicle launches and technology releases.
2. Independently complete content topic selection and video script writing. Adapt to the executive’s speaking style to ensure the content is professional, natural and unexaggerated.
3. Coordinate pre-shooting preparation and on-site management, liaise with team members, follow up on review and revisions of finished videos to ensure steady content output and on-time release.
4. Support offline events (launch events, auto shows, media interviews), and produce secondary communication materials including on-site short videos and behind-the-scenes clips of executives.
5. Manage daily account operations: release scheduling, comment moderation, fan interaction, public opinion monitoring and timely handling of negative comments.
6. Conduct regular data reviews, analyze views, video completion rates and engagement metrics, iterate on topics and script styles, and continuously boost the influence of the account.

and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Journalism, Communication, Marketing and Literature, Advertising, New Media or related majors.
• At least 1–3 years of professional experience in new media operation, content creation, brand marketing, or executive IP operation.
• Strong language organization skills with basic knowledge of script writing, shooting and video editing. Proficient in using CapCut, photo editing software and other related tools.
