The Experience As an associate of Management Consulting, you will work in multi-disciplinary engagement teams of Finance Transformation, Business Operations Transformation, Sustainability Advisory, etc., to support on delivering complex solutions to our clients. The client base includes multi-nationals, state-owned and private enterprises in various industries. You will be challenged in every project to develop your analytical skills and critical thinking to develop strategic initiatives for your clients and strengthen your communication and presentation skills to interact with senior executives. Even as an Associate you will have the opportunity to work on complex business problems and make a difference! Your day-to-day experience may include: Participate in meetings and discussions with client teams to understand and assess the current state of their business, operating models and challenges; Research, consolidate and scope information to analyse the client’s company and its industry / sector to provide proactive solutions in enhancing business and operational efficiencies; Drive regional and local strategic planning by analysing industry and asset class landscapes, competitors, regulatory environments, wallet analysis and more to optimize business growth and market-entry strategies Deliver data-driven insights and recommendation on business cases related to finance and operations transformation, digitalisation and optimisation of end-to-end operating model, people strategy and business processes using the latest technologies; Assist clients to strategically plan their implementation roadmap with action plans, key milestones and resources required; Support clients in managing transformation projects, by planning timelines, tracking status, creating status dashboards, developing communication cadence, hosting discussion meetings, managing stakeholders etc.; delivering both technical capabilities and project management activities; Assist in the delivery of implementation projects in finance and operations transformation, such as designing target operating model for core finance and operations functions and liaising with clients to draft business

for system implementation; Advise clients in view of their pressing regulatory challenges through enhancing clients’ internal governance and controls policies and procedures, performing gap analysis of clients’ regulatory compliance and recommending remediation actions, assisting implementation of new regulations, and identifying regulatory technology adoption opportunities; Assist in the development of a tailored end user computing solutions/ tools that suits clients’ need; Support clients in formulating initiatives and programmes to achieve wider policy objectives, assessing impacts of government initiatives and regulations, and reinventing public services through co-creation processes; Participate in large scale managed service delivery for public sector clients as part of the Project Management Office (PMO); Assist clients in setting sustainability government, risk and compliance framework, conduct carbon inventory calculations and develop science-based emissions reduction targets, ESG due diligence, supply chain and human rights assessment; Requirements We are looking for a diverse range of graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from all disciplines (with a preference of Business Administration, Information Systems, Mathematics, Econometrics, Statistics, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting and Sustainability), who can demonstrate a combination of: Knowledge in data analytics (e.g. VBA, Python, Alteryx), data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau and Power BI) and automation and workflow tools (e.g. OutSystems and Blue Prism) appreciated Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving capabilities Business acumen, knowledge of analytics and quantitative techniques Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Excellent team player and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and diverse work environment Self-motivation and direction, influencing skills / leadership potential Proficiency in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Access Fluency in English is required.
