We have built our consulting capability around key Data & AI areas such as: Data & AI strategy and governance Data & AI cloud platform modernization Robotics and intelligent workflow automation AI-powered customer insights Risks Analytics and Responsible AI Generative AI The Experience As an Associate of Data Analytics & AI Consulting, you will work in multi-disciplinary engagement teams to support on delivering complex solutions to our clients. Your everyday experience may include: Analyse business problems by conducting research and analysis, under the guidance by senior consultants Provide technology advisory services by adopting data, AI & emerging technologies such as latest FinTech/InsurTech/RegTech solutions Apply business insight to design enterprise cloud-based data and & AI solutions (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Huawei, Alibaba Cloud,etc.) Develop prototype and/or perform proof-of-concept to apply cutting edge technologies (e.g. AI, robotics, blockchain etc.) to solve business problems Participate in agile development cycles of data & AI projects(data engineering, data visualization, model development, prompt engineering ,etc) taking roles in storyboarding, business analysis, coding, integration, testing Structuring, writing, communicating and facilitating client presentations Liaise with offshore development teams to deliver programming or system implementation tasks Support the team on operational and governance re-design for clients during digital transformation journey Your Growth You will gain hands-on experience in solving business problems through technology enablement. We are looking for a diverse range of graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from all disciplines (with a preference of Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Mathematics ), who can demonstrate a combination of: Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving capabilities Good team player and enjoy working collaboratively with people from a variety of backgrounds Curious and passionate about data & AI Business acumen, knowledge of analytics and quantitative techniques Self-motivation, influencing skills / leadership potential Excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills Knowledge and experience in Python/SQL or data analytics tool such as Alteryx or Power BI will be an advantage Fluency in English.
