   As an application expert, lead a team to develop application design and implementation and the whole project engineering execution. 作为技术工程师，参与项目实施现场硬件与软件的调试

   Participates in pre-sales activities with proposal and sales team to provide technical support. 为报价，销售团队提供项目售前技术支持

   During the project execution, act as the technical team leader to implement project in accordance to Schneider commitments as per the project technical specification and contract terms; support project manager to organize and manage resources, schedule, quality, and customer relationship & expectations to achieve project targets that are set forth by the management. 根据技术参数和要求，协助项目经理处理技术疑难问题

   Weekly review meeting with project team, project manager, or customer to discuss progress and issues. Provide minutes of meetings. 参与项目开工会，总结会，与客户讨论项目要求

   Review and approve project engineering document with engineering manager authorization. 总结归档项目技术资料

   Perform technology design, including system drawing, layout drawing, responsible for the system devices installation and engineering (including MCS/FSSS/SCS/ECS/DEH/MEH/DAS/BOP) configuration, testing, FAT, and so on. 完成技术设计，包括系统硬件的画图，组态，系统安装及调试 Profile

Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Automation 本科及以上学历，自动化专业优先 Experience: a) Minimum 5 years’ experience in automation engineering 至少5年以上自动化项目工作经验 b) Familiar with Foxboro I/A 熟悉福克斯波罗I/A系统 c) Experience in oversea power plant DCS is preferred, especially. unit is bigger than 200MW. 有电厂自动化项目工作经验优先 d) Good ability of English listening, speaking, reading and writing 良好的英语听说读写能力 e) 40% business travel frequency 能接受40%以上的出差频率 Specific Knowledge / Skills: a) Site commissioning and process parameter tuning experience is must. 有现场项目调试经验 b) Good communication & interpersonal skills. 良好的沟通协调能力 c) Proficient in MS Office package, ACAD 熟悉计算机工具，如ACAD等画图工具
