Business:IWPB Technology Principal responsibilities * Define and implement testing strategies, automation frameworks and quality standards. * Lead automated testing across UI, API, integration, regression, performance and resilience areas. * Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. * Assess testing maturity, identify risks and drive practical improvements. * Advise teams on testability, shift-left testing, defect prevention and release readiness. * Promote the use of cloud, containers, infrastructure-as-code and modern testing tools. * Mentor engineers and testers, providing technical leadership on complex testing solutions.

* Strong experience as a Test Architect, Automation Lead, SDET or Quality Engineering Specialist. * Excellent software-engineering and automation-programming skills. * Hands-on experience with API, UI, integration, performance and end-to-end testing. * Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Agile delivery, version control and automated testing tools. * Experience testing cloud platforms, microservices, containers and distributed systems. * Ability to analyse complex technical issues and guide design and testing decisions. * Excellent consulting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
