Responsible for package level test program enhancement & change buy-off. Responsible for Failure Analysis to provide solution for product yield improvement to meet yield and quality target, and special material disposition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiments to test hypotheses for identifying opportunities for data-driven insights in yield improvement and test time reduction. Responsible for product reports: Compile data analysis reports for result visualization

教育背景Education Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, 2 years or above related experience. 知识Knowledge *职位要求的信息或知识范围 Statement of the Informational or conceptual framework required by the Job Have knowledge on memory product, NAND/NOR or RAM is a plus. C/C++/Java programming skills on Windows/Linux Platform, Scripting and Database knowledge is a plus. Experience with hardware debugging tools such as multi-meters and logical analyzers is a plus. Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
