产品工程师（机械设计）

   Lead new project of Energy Conversion products, contribute to design of steam compressors, design components and subassemblies for the compressors with a First-Time Right approach. 领导能量转换产品的新项目，参与蒸汽压缩机的设计，设计压缩机的部件和组件。

2. 02

   Work closely with Marketing, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Aftermarket to deliver the projects on time in full. Set up a time frame taking the available resources and priorities into consideration. Coordinate tasks to respect to the set planning. 与市场，采购，生产，质量和售后紧密合作，按时完成项目。考虑到可用的资源和优先事项，设定一个时间框架。根据既定计划协调各项任务。

3. 03

   Prepare technical drawings/specifications/qualification plan, compile reports for PTM/PCM 准备技术图纸/规范/鉴定计划，编制PTM/PCM报告

   Closely get involved with prototype assembly and prototype tests in the lab. 密切参与样机组装和实验室样机测试。

   Play an active role in supplier visits and technical meetings with suppliers together with the Sourcing engineers to have components with the right quality at market-leading cost. 与采购工程师一起积极参与供应商拜访和技术会议，以确保以市场领先的成本获得质量合适的零部件。

   Visit customers to get a better customer understanding and follow-up endurance tests or quality issues. 拜访客户以更好地了解客户并跟踪耐久性测试或质量问题。

    Master's or bachelor's degree, science and engineering background (prefer one of below: Thermal and Power Engineering, and Chemical mechanical). 硕士或本科学历，理工科背景(热能与动力工程、制冷、化工机械优先)。

    Knowledge of Thermodynamics, compressors. 具备热力学、压缩机知识。

14. 03

    Mandarin mother tongue, good English reading and written, oral is preferred. 普通话为母语，良好的英语读写能力，口语优先。

    Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Inventor is an asset. 熟悉微软办公软件，有Inventor系统使用经验者优先。
