Warehouse Specialist

Managing and coordinating daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory processes, Ensuring efficient and accurate stock management and inventory control, Coordinating and supervising warehouse employees and supporting effective workforce planning, Monitoring warehouse performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement, Ensuring compliance with company procedures, operational standards and occupational health & safety requirements, Coordinating warehouse-related processes with internal stakeholders and relevant departments, Communicating and coordinating with international teams regarding warehouse, logistics and operational topics, Preparing operational reports and following relevant KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field, Solid experience in warehouse operations and warehouse management, Strong knowledge of inventory, stock control and warehouse processes, Good command of English, with the ability to communicate with international stakeholders both verbally and in writing, Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with ERP/WMS systems is preferred, Strong communication skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
