Operations Lead

As an Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and team collaboration by: Operational Training & Compliance: Supporting comprehensive training on all operational procedures and communication systems, while guiding store teams on company compliance directives. Merchandise & Client Delivery Management: Ensuring the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and leading all aspects of the client delivery process. Inventory & Back-of-House Oversight: Efficiently handling the entire inventory and shipping/receiving lifecycle, alongside maintaining organization and upkeep of all back-of-house areas. Facility & Systems Support: Assisting with the maintenance of the store facility and acting as a key on-site resource for technological support and troubleshooting. Performance Optimization: Improving business opportunities through efficient sales floor management and facilitating the flow of repairs to achieve aftersales critical metrics.
