Field Coach Trainer

Support retail managers through on-the-floor coaching, demonstrating best-in-class floor management, client experience, and team leadership. Drive a strong feedback and coaching culture to develop, motivate, and upskill retail teams. Ability to work autonomously across multiple stores with an entrepreneurial mindset Accelerate the adoption of digital tools and promote an omnichannel mindset to ensure a seamless Client experience in-store and online. Monitor key performance indicators to assess impact and drive continuous improvement. Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams

Strong background in luxury retail with solid shop floor and management experience. Proven experience in coaching, training, or learning-related roles within a retail environment. Strong passion for learning, service excellence, and Client experience.
