As an intern in Chengdu W Hotel, my core task is to achieve the goal of guest satisfaction. Assist in the implementation of hotel standard procedures, comply with rules and regulations, and work with all departments to maintain service standards. Adhere to the principle of guest priority, provide personalized service, handle complaints, follow service procedures and instructions from superiors, and attend training, briefings and meetings on time. Work to maintain personal image, ensure equipment clean, reduce assetoss, and assist inventory management. Proficient in food and beverage knowledge, control food quality, provide quality services, promote hotel products, assist in food hygiene and safety work, handle working relationships, and be a leader in brand culture. Keep learning and applying knowledge and skills, timely report and properly respond to emergencies, complete other tasks assigned by superiors at the same level, and contribute to the development of the hotel with a sense of responsibility and teamwork. 作为成都W酒店的实习生，核心在于达成客人满意度目标。需协助执行酒店标准流程，遵守规章制度，与各部门合作维持服务标准。秉持客人优先原则，提供个性化服务，处理投诉，遵循服务流程和上级指示，按时参加培训、简会与会议。工作中要维护个人形象，保障设备整洁，减少资产损耗，协助库存管理。精通餐饮知识，把控食品质量，提供优质服务，推广酒店产品，协助食品卫生和安全工作，处理好工作关系，做品牌文化引领者。不断学习并运用知识技能，遇到紧急情况及时汇报并妥善应对，完成上级安排的同级别其他工作，以责任心和团队协作助力酒店发展。
