Global Communication Manager

Job functions include, but are not limited to: Creative Design Develop creative concepts and translate them into production-ready designs aligned with communication objectives and business

Create infographics, presentations, social media assets, collateral, videos, motion graphics, and animations Translate complex business information into clear, accurate, and engaging visual narratives for diverse audiences Video Production Develop clear, compelling video concepts and scripts that translate communication objectives into engaging visual narratives. Optimize visuals, scenes, pacing, editing, captions, voiceovers, and content variations to enhance storytelling and campaign effectiveness Leverage AI across the creative and production process to accelerate creative ideation, visual exploration, layout optimization, and production efficiency Global Social Media Management Develop and execute integrated social media strategies, oversee daily content publishing, and lead planning and delivery of promotional campaigns Manage global social media accounts, including LinkedIn, YouTube, RedNote, and other relevant platforms. Monitor and analyze KPIs across all social platforms, translate performance data into actionable insights, and continuously optimize channel and campaign tactics. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or Life Science and Engineering related field; overseas study or work experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to independently produce high-quality bilingual content Deep understanding of social media platforms and promotion strategies Hands-on experience using AI tools or other emerging technologies for communication, content creation, or digital promotion initiatives Experience using digital analytics tools and social media measurement tools to evaluate channel and campaign performance Demonstrated project management skills with accountability for timelines, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and quality of deliverables Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Professional maturity and ability to collaborate effectively across all levels, functions, geographics, and cultural backgrounds
