Centered on five evaluation dimensions including GMP compliance of business processes, process stability, operational efficiency, business team competency, and agile application of hardware & software systems, continuously improve the maturity of warehouse business process management in China, and support the achievement and long-term improvement of key warehouse S/Q/D/E/P performance metrics. Empower GMP production and operation system development for overseas site warehouses via on-site and remote support, to ensure compliance with regulatory

of target markets such as US FDA, EU EMA and SG HAS, and successful passage of official audits. Accelerate the rollout and replication of domestic standard operating procedures, warehouse computerized systems and warehouse operation management methodologies to overseas sites, sustainably enhance overseas warehouse operation capabilities, and align with the development of WuXi’s global supply network. Lead the advocacy of WBS culture as well as training and implementation of lean tools among warehouse teams. Organize warehouse sites to deploy lean methodologies and innovative digital management tools, deliver WBS lean improvement projects and digital CAPAX investment initiatives to boost the efficiency and accuracy of warehousing and logistics operations, and promote the replication of best practices across global warehouses. Act as the business user representative for new warehouse construction and external acquisition projects in China and overseas. Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse network planning, global engineering, production systems and other teams throughout the project lifecycle, covering warehouse storage demand estimation, User Requirement Specification (URS) development, warehouse layout and functional design, construction progress tracking, as well as equipment acceptance and qualification. Lead the development of GMP quality system documents for new sites and the design & setup of warehouse SAP WMS systems, deliver training and onboarding enablement for new warehouse teams, to ensure the storage capacity, hardware & software systems and operational team competency of new warehouses satisfy production requirements and comply with GMP regulations. 最低任职要求Minimum Requirement 教育程度/经验Education background/ Experience 本科及以上学历，5年以上GMP仓库管理工作。 其他要求（比如工作时间或特殊技能等） Other requirements 具备GMP仓库运营管理和业务相关项目管理经验。 熟练掌握SAPWM或EWM模块的操作。 能够接受阶段性的海外出差。 英语可做为工作语言 Possess practical experience in GMP warehouse operations management and relevant business project management. Proficient in SAP WM / EWM modules. Willing to take periodic overseas assignments. English can be used as working language.
