Spare Parts Operation Manager

Responsible for the whole process of Indonesia after-sales spare parts supply, including spare parts calculation, import, warehousing management, logistics transportation, logistics distribution ,and the return and handling of defective items.

Ensure the timely supply of spare parts to meet the maintenance time requirements of the after-sales service center

Reduce cost and increase efficiency, and reduce abnormal business such as refund and replacement caused by shortage of spare parts

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Statistics, or related fields are preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in spare parts operations, supply chain planning, or inventory management within the mobile phone or consumer electronics sectors, including a minimum of 2 years in team management or independent ownership of relevant business functions.

Strong capabilities in cross-departmental communication, supply coordination, and problem-solving; ability to drive the resolution of issues regarding parts shortages, delivery delays, and inventory anomalies through to closure.
