   Brand Strategy & Initiative Delivery Translate brand strategy into clear annual and in‑year operating plans Lead delivery of brand initiatives, campaigns, and launches from concept through in‑market execution Ensure strong creative quality and executional excellence across touchpoints Manage agency and partner relationships to deliver on time, on quality, and on budget

   Cross‑Functional Leadership in a Lean Model Partner closely with Media, Product Supply, R&D, Design, Sales, Finance, and other critical functions Actively manage tradeoffs, timelines, dependencies, and resource constraints Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in the absence of large support teams

   Brand Stewardship & Decision Making Ensure all work adheres to brand standards, claims, legal, and regulatory

Apply sound brand judgment in day‑to‑day decisions Balance speed, quality, and compliance in execution Identify risks early and escalate appropriately 4. Performance Management & Growth Acceleration Own performance tracking across brand equity, media, and in‑market KPIs Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps using data and insights Apply a learning agenda to continuously improve results Build fact‑based cases for future investment, optimization, and scale WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills. 2 years above working experience of brand marketing/digital marketing in FMCG/Retail related industry. Strong with strategic and analytical thinking. An ability to drive innovation and brand growth. Strong ability to communicate and team capabilities. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
