] • 스킨케어 화장품을 개발해요. Develop skincare products. • 기초화장품 제형을 개발하고 제품화하며, 시장의 트렌드를 조사해요. Formulate and commercialize basic skincare products, and conduct market trend research. • 제형 및 제품 관련 특허를 내기 위해 자료를 작성하고, 학회에서 포스터를 만들어 발표해요. Prepare formulation- and product‑related patents and present posters at academic conferences. • 신규 제형 기술을 확보하고 응용 연구를 진행해요. Secure new formulation technologies and conduct applied research. [QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE] • 기초 화장품 제형 연구 경력을 최소 1년 이상 보유하신 분이 필요해요.(Junior‑to‑senior level) More than 3 years of experience in skin care cosmetic formulation research. Experience in developing leave-on skincare formulations (ex. creams, emulsions, serums, toners) • ODM/OEM사 경력 혹은 협업 경험을 보유하신 분을 우대해요. Experience collaborating with ODM/OEM manufacturers. • 제형과 화학에 대한 이론 및 실무적인 이해를 보유하신 분을 찾아요.
