Drive role mastery, foster clear role boundaries (PM vs. BA vs. Tech Lead), and build deep in-house engineering and architectural expertise. What We Are Looking For: Functional & Leadership Expertise: 7+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with a proven track record delivering massive enterprise CRM / B2B Commerce transformations in a matrixed global environment. Deep experience managing multi-million-dollar program budgets (Build & Run) and steering top-tier SI partners under rigorous accountability models. Proven ability to establish structured product governance, eliminate scope creep, and steer cross-functional squads toward measurable business outcomes. Exceptional executive presence: capable of telling the hard truths, navigating ambiguity, and inspiring confidence across diverse regional leadership teams. Technical Acumen: Deep domain expertise in the Salesforce Ecosystem (B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, LWR/Aura frameworks, LWC). Strong understanding of complex enterprise integrations with major ERPs (SAP S/4HANA / ECC), Order Management Systems (Fluent OMS), Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and PIM/MDM platforms. Rigorous & Detail-Oriented: Biased toward data accuracy, operational excellence, and root-cause resolution over quick fixes.
