We are seeking a dynamic ERP Partnerships COE to drive our global ERP ecosystem expansion. This role combines business development, partnership management, and technical integration expertise to establish and grow strategic relationships with major ERP platforms worldwide. This role will be instrumental in expanding our payment platform's reach through deep ERP integrations that unlock new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities

   Partnership Development: • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic ERP partners globally (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) • Build and maintain C-level relationships with ERP vendors, app marketplace teams, and ecosystem managers • Negotiate partnership agreements, co-marketing initiatives, and revenue-sharing models • Represent the company at ERP partner conferences, events, and ecosystem summits

   Business Development: • Develop go-to-market strategies for each ERP channel to drive merchant acquisition • Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and partnership opportunities in the fintech/ERP space • Create business cases for new ERP integrations based on market demand and ROI analysis • Collaborate with marketing teams on joint campaigns, case studies, and co-branded content

   Integration Coordination: • Work with internal engineering teams to define integration scope, timelines, and technical requirements • Serve as the primary liaison between ERP partner technical teams and our BGO/Product team. • Ensure integrations meet both technical standards and business objectives

   Program Management: • Track partnership KPIs (referral volume, conversion rates, GMV, revenue attribution) • Produce regular performance reports for leadership and stakeholders • Maintain partnership documentation, playbooks, and internal knowledge base • Identify optimization opportunities to improve partner-sourced growth

   10+ years of experience in ERP partnerships, business development, or integration roles

2. 02

   Proven track record with 2+ major ERP platforms (Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)

   Fluent English (required); Fluent Chinese/Mandarin (highly preferred)

   Fintech, payments, or SaaS industry background

5. 05

   Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

   Customer-oriented, data-driven, proactive problem-solver Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

   Experience launching integrations in ERP app marketplaces
