Trading Support Engineer

对量化交易系统提供及时高效的支持服务工作，联系交易所和经纪商等合作方，协助进行生产环境下的系统及网络故障排除，风险设置和检查。 协同交易和运营团队与经纪商完成交易指令的执行和簿记，沟通和监控事前、事中及事后交易风控指标。 关注核心交易系统运行状况以及问题跟踪，及时准确地分析和解决正常业务过程中可能出现的各种问题。 其他交易技术相关事宜的沟通与部门间协作。 Provide time-efficient technical support for quantitative trading systems, liaise with exchanges, brokers, and other partners to assist in production trading system troubleshooting. Collaborate with the trading, technology and operations teams to ensure the execution and booking of trades with brokers, and communicate requirement design of pre-trade, at-trade, and post-trade risk control. Escalate and follow up with vendors to address market data and trading related technical problems in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate and coordinate cross-department requirements related to trading technology.

海内外高水平院校本科及以上学历，计算机、软工、信科、金融、统计学等相关专业。 可使用英语作为日常工作语言，有良好的沟通能力。 严谨细致、执行力和责任心强，愿意接受高强度工作，热爱证券期货交易，有团队合作精神。 1-3年海内外证券、期货交易从业经验或者有相关实习经验的应届生。 有核心交易系统支持或运维经验优先。 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Strong communication skills with English as daily working language. Detail-oriented, strong in execution and responsibility, willing to take on high-intensity work, passionate about securities and futures trading, and a team player. 1-3 years of experience in securities or futures trading, or relevant internship experience for graduates. Experience in supporting or maintaining low latency trading systems is a plus.
