Global Contingent Labor Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责
As Global Contingent Labor Manager, you will lead the strategic oversight and operational execution of global contingent workforce program. This role bridges internal business needs with external labor providers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. You will manage relationships with staffing agencies, MSPs (Managed Service Providers), and EORs (Employer of Record), while driving innovation in workforce solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
任职要求
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) preferred
Experience
- 10+ years in HR generalist roles with vendor management or account management in labor outsourcing firms
- Proven track record in managing global contingent labor programs (1,000+ workers)
Skills
- Communication: Exceptional written/verbal skills; fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex issues (e.g., compliance gaps, vendor disputes)
- Customer Orientation: Focus on delivering tailored solutions to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Technical: Proficiency in HRIS, VMS platforms, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Workday)
