1. Development of Technical Training Courses

• Update training outline for all technician courses. Develop training courseware in accordance with the annual roadmap.

• Formulate training outline for new models based on the technical characteristics. Develop the face-to-face training materials and train the trainers.

• Create online learning courseware and tutorial videos for continuous education for technicians.

• Develop the online training materials for technicians.

• Develop the materials used for skill competition including online and face-to-face finals.

• Design the test content for open test quarterly.

2. Delivery of Technical Training & Assessments

• Execute the technical training and assessments for technicians. Which includes fault diagnosis and practical operation covering engines, transmissions, chassis, vehicle bodies and other components; as well as for new energy vehicle high-voltage safety, electrical systems and thermal management systems.

• Deliver technical training courses for new models to dealer technical supervisors, covering vehicle overview and technical updates of new models.

• Deliver live online technical training sessions for dealer technicians.

3. On-Site Dealership Coaching

• Select dealerships to execute the on-site coaching based on quarterly repeat repair rate indicators. Investigate the technical pain points and training

demands from dealers which will help to design the customized on-site coaching materials.

4. Compilation of Technical information explanations

• Draft explanatory scripts based on technical bulletins. Train the service advisors and WeChat operation specialists to reply the customers’ technical inquiries.

• Education: College diploma or above

• Major: Automotive-related majors are preferred

• Work Experience: Over 3 years of working experience in mechanical vehicle repair in dealers or technical training at OEMs.

• Certifications: Hold brand mechanical technician certification; Hold low-voltage electrician operation certificate.

• Self-motivated and capable of independent work; strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams
