Executive level Interpretation Support: • Provide simultaneous or consecutive interpretation (English ↔ Chinese) for executive strategic meetings including Board meetings, executive sessions, and strategic discussions. You will carry not just words, but nuance, tone, and business context between two languages. Executive Business Excellence Support: • Support the CEO in preparing key documents about ensuring the business excellence achieved under the guidance of Volvo China strategy, with utmost accuracy, clarity, and business insights . You will possess not only traditional office apps but also AI agent tools. Cross-Functional Coordination & Task Tracking Support : • Coordinate cross-functional projects across departments, ensuring key initiatives executed smoothly. • Track assigned executive tasks and key regular review projects in real time. Establish standardized task tracking mechanisms, proactively identify potential progress delays and operational risks, flag issues timely and propose targeted optimization solutions with corresponding task owners. You will strictly implement task accountability management, follow up on pending items and closed-loop results comprehensively, help ensure all executive arrangements are fully implemented, traceable and completed on schedule.
