Stage – Assistant.e Global Talent Magement (F/H) – Mars 2027

Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de la Maison vous accompagnerez l’équipe Global Talent au quotidien.

Vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

Contributing to the deployment of the Maison’s Talent programs and processes

• Participate in the coordination and implementation of global Talent and Talent Development initiatives across the Maison’s different functions.
• Support the operational management of these initiatives, including population follow-up, logistics coordination, communications, administrative support, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to key moments of the talent lifecycle, from development to internal mobility and long-term career progression within the Maison.
• Conduct benchmarking and monitor external trends, practices, and innovations in Talent Management.

Fostering engagement and strengthening global Talent communities

• Contribute to the animation of Talent Development communities through the organization of key moments such as onboarding sessions, learning expeditions, virtual meetups, leadership talks, and lunch & learn sessions.
• Support communication actions linked to these communities, including the coordination of dedicated channels and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to the animation of a global network of HR stakeholders and ambassadors by supporting knowledge-sharing forums, best practice exchanges, and the continuous enhancement of related resources and materials.

Supporting HR data analysis and program governance

• Support program governance by contributing to the tracking of participants and program data, in compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
• Carry out analyses and monitor key HR indicators to strengthen understanding of Talent populations and support decision-making.
• Prepare ad hoc presentations, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of recurring reporting and analysis processes, while helping measure the impact of Talent initiatives

Student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Law (open)

Passion for Talent Development and curiosity for HR trends & innovation

At ease with data analysis, reporting and presentations – proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint

Agility, entrepreneurial approach, attention to detail and strong sense of confidentiality

International profile welcome, fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
