   Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot physicochemical analytical methods for biologics.

   Support analytical strategy development and scientific assessment for complex modalities, including bispecific and multispecific antibodies.

   Conduct scientific investigations to understand product quality attributes and their relationships with molecular structure, process, and product performance.

   Contribute to platform development, technology innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

   Build technical knowledge, best practices, and scientific solutions that can be leveraged across projects.

   Provide technical support for challenging programs and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Education Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, Protein Science, or a related discipline. Technical Expertise

1. 01

   Strong understanding of protein therapeutics, including molecular structure, heterogeneity, and critical quality attributes (CQAs).

2. 02

   Demonstrated ability to independently design and execute scientific research projects.

3. 03

   Hands-on experience with analytical technologies used for biologics characterization and development.

4. 04

   Strong data analysis, interpretation, and scientific problem-solving skills.

5. 05

   Ability to critically evaluate scientific literature and translate new knowledge into practical applications.

6. 06

   Experience in biologics, therapeutic antibodies, protein characterization, or related areas is highly preferred.

   Experience with advanced analytical technologies is a plus. Communication & Leadership
