Controller APE/PPF 财务控制

   To maintain and develop cost controlling systems and cost structures of APE/PPF. 维护和发展APE/PPF的成本控制体系和成本架构。

   To monitor and analyze the divisional costs in all its forms and dimensions. 多方面监督和分析费用。

3. 03

   To ensure and secure the accuracy and completeness of the figures and bookings. 确保所有数据的完整性和准确性。

   To assist and explain monthly the costs towards the management. 协助并向管理部门解释每月成本费用。

5. 05

   To pro-actively assist in, and lead projects assigned to the financial department. 积极协助被领导财务部的项目。

   To assist your colleagues and perform all the needed actions to complete the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting. 协助部门成员完成月度、季度和年度报表。

7. 07

   To prepare, maintain and follow up investments. 准备/维护/跟踪项目投资。

   To be a driver in training & coaching of employees to follow correct procedures. 员工遵照正确的流程。

岗位任职能力与资格要求： Experience Requirements经验要求 • At least 8 years of accounting and cost control experience, preferably in a product company environment. 至少8年以上会计和成本控制经验，有生产公司工作经验者优先。

• Good IT skills and advanced excel knowledge are very important, with strong analytical skills. 良好的IT技能和高级的excel技能，具备较强的分析能力。

• Cost accounting and Activity Based Costing knowledge is a plus. 具备会计和成本专业知识。

• Ability to learn and grasp the different financial process flows. 能够学习并掌握各种财务流程。

• BPCS/SAP knowledge. 具备BPCS/SAP知识。

• Good knowledge of “The Way We Do Things”. 熟悉“我们的做事方式”。 Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求 • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or Finance related. 会计或财务相关专业本科或硕士学历。

• Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing. 普通话为母语，具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。
