Product Marketing Engineer

-Drive design wins to meet revenue commitments -Provide product promotion to sales, FAE, and customers -Actively work with sales, tactical marketing, operations to ensure revenue forecast -Foster key customer relationships to identify key winning features and lead customers -Regional and global Automotive and Industrial market analysis -Competitor analysis -Business justification of new product ideas, meeting product line margin goals -Prepare and present product line presentations to field and customers -Prepare and present product training to sales, field application engineers, distribution, and customers -Responsible for growing product line revenue and profitability -Collaborate with colleagues to optimize product development and promotion -Support field team in resolving technical and business process related problems. -Regularly communicate changing market conditions with management and colleagues -Key contributor on strategy, revenue, and gross margin for annual and five-year business planning -Responsible for developing team’s core competency and professional skills, coach and lead them to accomplish the target through effective communication

-2-5years’ experience managing and driving automotive and industrial business initiatives along with strategic marketing efforts and product definition for automotive and industrial product line. -Experience with writing product business justifications, including value proposition, competitor landscape, revenue and gross margin -Must possess business acumen and excellent writing and presentation skills -Proven ability to listen to an issue and to identify the best course to solve -Proven ability to prioritize activities and effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously; able to balance marketing skills with solid relationship building -Personable, with ability to develop rapport and trust with colleagues, management, field, and customers. -Knowledge of the semiconductor, automotive and industrial sector.
