Field Application Engineer/现场应用工程师
岗位职责
Support customers (focus on Global Tier-1s operating in China and APAC area) in Calterah products evaluation & design-in activities
Reproduce and verify reported issues from customers, including on-site support in identification and debugging of both software and hardware issues
Promote Calterah products and system-level solutions to customers based on their

Track key project status and coordinate resources to drive projects forward through mass production
Gather customers’ feedback on Calterah products and information of industry technical trends for product optimization
Organize and present workshops and training sessions to customers Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers on the technical side at our customers Requirements：
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Work experience as FAE, AE or a similar role is preferred
Work experience in a global automotive tier-1 is preferred
Experience in coding, signal processing, and RF is preferred
Familiar with analog and digital systems, with strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills and ability
Self-motivated and able to work independently
High-level of self-discipline, initiative and proactivity
Strong customer communication skills and fluent in English and Chinese speaking & writing
