• In-Depth Rotations Across Business Units: Complete three 6-month rotations in different business units, expected to span R&D commercialization, manufacturing, brand retail, and functional support — rapidly building a grasp of each unit's operating model, profit logic, and key challenges.
• Driving Strategic Projects: Participate in or lead cross-business projects such as technology commercialization assessment, market entry strategy, brand growth analysis, and supply chain optimization — applying data analytics and AI tools to support Group decision-making.
• Executive Shadowing Program: Shadow Group executives in key decision-making settings — strategic meetings, client negotiations, and investment reviews — learning their strategic mindset and decision logic, and completing assigned research projects.
• Global Network Building: Build cross-regional, cross-functional networks and become a hub for knowledge flow and resource integration within the Group, with flexibility for postings in China and overseas.
