(Sr/Principal) Scientist, Non-Oncology Therapeutics

of the Job: · Design, execute, troubleshoot, and interpret in vitro and ex vivo studies that support discovery-stage research programs. · Develop and apply experimental strategies to investigate disease biology, validate therapeutic targets, and evaluate candidate molecules. · Generate high-quality data using a range of cellular and molecular biology approaches. · Analyze experimental results, draw scientific conclusions, and communicate findings through presentations and written reports. · Develop, optimize, and implement assays and experimental models to address key project questions. · Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across discovery and translational research teams. · Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with laboratory and data integrity standards. · Contribute scientific insights and innovative ideas to advance the Non-Oncology Therapeutics portfolio.

• Master's degree in Immunology, Biology, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field;

• Experience independently designing and conducting in vitro and ex vivo studies in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or research setting. · Hands-on experience with cell culture, flow cytometry (FACS), qPCR, Western blotting, ELISA, and other commonly used cellular and molecular biology techniques. · Experience working with cell lines, primary cells, and tissue-derived samples. · Prior experience in immunology, inflammation, autoimmune diseases, or related therapeutic areas is preferred. · Strong scientific problem-solving, data analysis, communication, and teamwork skills.
