海外消防工程师-西班牙

Responsibilities

1. 01

   统筹基地层面对公司&集团中心相关标准的细化、修编，使之适用于基地现场; Coordinating to refine and revise Company & the Group Firefighting standard, developing site level SOPs for site implementation.

2. 02

   统筹对基地消防系统全生命周期的管理（设计把关、安装验收把关、运维过程把关、改造变更把关、持续改进等），并及时将异常风险、新颖做法、意见/建议等反馈至集团中心; Coordinating lifecycle management for site firefighting system, including design review, installation inspection and acceptance, operation and maintenance supervision, change control and continuous optimization etc. Feedback abnormal risks, good practices, suggestions and questions to the Group.

3. 03

   负责消防系统日常运维管理，包括设备维护保养及系统年度检测等，以满足政府要求； Overall managing site fire systems operation and maintenance, including regular inspection and testing to meet local authority

   统筹制定基地消防年度工作计划（培训计划、隐患排查计划、设备管理、演练计划等），把关落地情况; Coordinating to prepare annual firefighting working plan, including training, hazard investigation, equipment management, rehearsal plan etc. Supervising implementation progress.

   了解当地消防法规要求，对接政府相关检查，确保消防系统合规； Familiar with local firefighting code requirement, support on local authority site inspection and ensure fire system meet local requirement.

   统筹管理基地消防类供应商（合同管理、人力管理、KPI管理等）; Overall managing site firefighting contractors including contract management, manpower and KPIs etc.

7. 07

   统筹管理基地消防团队（把关人员赋能、工作计划、过程管理、KPI管理等）。 Managing site firefighting team including training, working plan, work supervision, KPIs etc. 任职资格Qualification：

   本科及以上，消防工程专业或相关专业； Bachelor’s degree or above, major in fire engineering or related fields is preferred. 2、6年以上大型制造业企业消防系统管理背景，有带领团队开展消防系统维保的经验；有对消防维保承包商管理经验； 6+ years of fire system management experience in large manufacturing enterprises. Have experiences of fire system operation & maintenance and managing fire contractors.

   熟练掌握消防相关标准规范; Familiar with Fire code and regulation requirements.

10. 04

    熟练掌握消防设施运行原理，各类异常排查及处理; Familiar with firefighting system operation and maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge.

11. 05

    团队管理能力强，沟通能力强，执行力强，抗压能力强； Strong abilities of team management, communication and execution, be able to work under pressure.

12. 06

    熟练掌握CAD, 微软办公软件，如Word, Excel, PPT, Project等； Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office software e.g. Word, Excel, Power point, Project etc.

13. 07

    英文听说读写流利，当地国籍，具备中文读写和交流能力优先。 Fluent English both in written and spoken. Local nationality personnel are preferred. Mandarin communication ability is a plus.
