海外暖通工程师-西班牙

Responsibilities：

1、主导负责对厂房暖通系统（DHU、FCU、AHU、排风、洁净车间等）标准运行操作规程制定并指导现场运行；    

In charge of HVAC system SOP preparation and site operating guidance, including DHU, FCU, AHU, ventilation, clean room etc.              "

2、主导负责暖通系统运行数据分析、统计，预测，系统优化，保障空调系统的经济稳定运行；

In charge of HVAC system data collection and analysis, estimation and system optimization, ensure HVAC system reliability and economic operation.

3、根据车间温湿度及环境要求，对洁净室进行运维管理；

Managing daily O&M activities for clean room environmental control, ensure clean room Temperature and RH meet production environmental

.

4、主导针对现场运维问题给出专业解决方案，并负责紧急维修暖通系统故障等相关事宜，改善设施的管理与维护，优化备件管理、减少故障；

In charge of providing professional solutions and lead team to fix HVAC related system emergency issues. Optimizing facility system and spare parts management to minimize failure.  

5、主导基地暖通相关年度工作计划（培训计划、隐患排查计划、设备管理、演练计划等），把关落地情况;

Coordinating to prepare annual HVAC working plan, including training, hazard investigation, equipment management, rehearsal plan etc. Supervising implementation progress.

6、主导所管辖区域的节能降耗减排的技术改善，通过技术和管理方法提升公司的能源效率；

Lead to increase energy utilization efficiency via improving technology or optimizing management, to reduce consumption and emissions for energy saving.

7、参与ONFP主导的新项目建设，包括规划设计、安装调试、验收等工作，确保后期运行的经济性和稳定性；

Involve in new project execution which lead by ONFP, including design, construction and commissioning, site inspection and acceptance etc. Ensure reliability and economic operation after handover.

8、根据公司安全、生产、质量、成本、生产连续性保障等要求，主导对厂房设施进行升级、优化改造或完善以满足安全稳定运行；

Implementing CAPEX projects execution for facility systems upgrading and optimization, meet safety, quality, and cost control targets. Ensure business continuous plan and reliability.

9、协助客户&体系审核；配合厂房设施安全&节能&体系认证;

Support on client audit and system review. Support on facility system safety & energy saving & system certification.

10、主导所属区域厂房数字化&智能化系统建立和管理；

Implementing building digitalization and Intelligent system installation and management for responsible areas.

11、主导对暖通技术员进行专业技能培训及岗位技能考核。

Provide job related training to HVAC technician, set up KPIs and make assessment.

任职资格Qualification：

1、暖通专业、机电一体化、自动化等相近专业，全日制本科及以上；

Bachelor's degree or above, major in HVAC, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation or relative fields is preferred.

2、6年及以上电子、光电、半导体、太阳能、电池新能源等暖通专业工作经验，其中至少4年运维经验；

6+ years of HVAC related work experience on Electronics, optoelectronics, semiconductors, solar energy, and battery new energy industry, with at least 4 years of operation and maintenance experience.

3、熟练掌握暖通专业设施(中央空调、除湿机、排风机等）工作原理、维修、保养方法，具备解决暖通系统故障的能力

Technical expertizing on HVAC knowledge and operation & maintenance skills, include central Air conditioning system, dehumifier, exhaust fan etc., as well as trouble shooting skills.

4、熟悉暖通专业的相关规范标准；

Familiar with HVAC code and regulation requirement.

5、有一定的组织、协调、沟通及现场管理能力；具备一定抗压能力；具有良好的职业素养及团队合作意识和工作责任心。有较强的发现、分析与解决问题的能力，系统性解决系统存在问题。有一定的风险管控意识；

Be able to organize, coordinate, communicate efficiently. Can work under pressure. Good collaboration and can take responsibility with ownership. Strong problem identifying, risk-based thinking and problem-solving capability.

6、精通FMEA, CAD、微软办公软件、PPT等工具；

Proficient in FMEA, CAD, Microsoft Office software and Power point tools.

7、英文听说读写流利，具备中文读写和交流能力优先。

Fluent English both in written and spoken. Mandarin communication ability is a plus.
