What you'll bring More than 5 years of experience in automotive OEM training or regional sales, with priority given to those with experience in luxury brand dealer training or management. Possess structured thinking, proficient in PPT/Excel, experience and ability in independent course development, independent training or coaching. Familiar with automotive product knowledge and dealers' job responsibilities, and capable of identifying problems through Data Discovery. Has good communication skills both internally and externally, works meticulously and responsibly, and can quickly and accurately execute work tasks. Adapt to work arrangements with frequent business trips.
