Core Responsibilities

As an intern, you will primarily engage in the following three core areas:

1. AI Productivity Platform Development

o Participate in the R&D of internal AI-assisted engineering tools, driving the team''s

transition towards an AI-Native Engineering paradigm.

o Assist in building and optimizing automated R&D pipelines, with a specific focus on

exploring and supporting intelligent toolchains based on AI, effectively reducing

development costs and elevating code quality through SDLC.

2. AI Innovative Application Incubation

o Participate in

analysis and product design for entirely new AI business

scenarios, taking charge of coding core functional modules.

o Combine AI with specific business pain points to explore the innovative application of

Large Language Models (LLMs) in scenarios like text processing, data analysis, and

automated decision-making. Rapidly translate ideas into interactive demos and

production-grade applications.

3. Cutting-Edge Technology Proof of Concept (PoC)

o Keep abreast of the latest trends in the AI industry. Take responsibility for researching

and testing frontier large models (such as open-source models like Gemma) and

innovative product formats.

o Conduct rapid Proof of Concept (PoC) validations for new technologies and frameworks

to evaluate their performance, cost, and business alignment, providing robust data and

experimental backing for the team''s technical selections.

Required knowledge competencies and attributes*

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor''s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial

Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 Programming Skills: Solid foundation in computer science, data structures, and algorithms.

Proficiency in Python is required; familiarity with Java (e.g., Spring Boot framework) is highly

preferred. Ability to independently deliver high-quality backend logic development.

 AI Tech Stack:

o Familiarity with API integrations and Prompt Engineering techniques for popular large

models (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs).

o Knowledge of or hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or mainstream AI

Agent development frameworks.

 General Attributes: Exceptional self-drive, rapid learning ability, and proficiency in reading

English technical documentation. Capable of maintaining strong curiosity and a hands-on

problem-solving approach when facing unknown technical domains.
